One inbox covers everything: games that misbehave, titles you want stocked, questions about listings, and notes from developers. Write to us and a human on the Respavox side reads it — usually the same human who will reply.
Email: hello@respavox.click
We answer most messages within two working days. English gets the quickest turnaround, but Indonesian is warmly welcome too.
A game will not start, or stops mid-level
Tell us the game's name, the page address where it failed, your device and browser, and what you saw — a blank frame, a spinner that never lands, an error message (quote it if you can). With those four things in the first message, most faults are solved in a single round.
You made one of these games
Everything on the shelf arrives through the GameMonetize feed, so show us your listing there and we can move quickly: correct a description, fix a credit, or remove a title from Respavox if you would rather it not appear here.
Copyright matters
Formal removal requests belong in the shape our DMCA page sets out — it lists the five pieces of information a notice needs before we can act on it.
Privacy questions
There are no Respavox accounts and no profiles to download or delete, but if anything in the privacy policy needs clearer wording, ask and we will explain it in plain language.
Advertising and partnerships
Start your subject line with the word Advertising and your note lands on the right desk without a tour of the building.
One thing we cannot reach
Whatever lives inside a game — saved progress, in-game purchases, accounts held with the developer — belongs to that developer's systems, not ours. If you cannot tell which studio that is, write anyway and we will help you identify them.
Where the shelf is kept
Respavox is operated from a virtual office in Medan. There is no shop floor and no visitor counter — the inbox above is genuinely the front door — but for anything formal, the address of record is:
