By browsing Respavox you accept these terms. They are deliberately short, because the site itself is simple: we publish a catalogue of browser games, and you play them.

Every game listed here is supplied through the GameMonetize feed and remains the property of its developer or publisher. Listing a game is not a claim of ownership, authorship or endorsement; it is a shelf placement. Developers who want a listing corrected or removed can reach us through the contact page or the DMCA route, and good-faith requests are handled promptly.

Games are provided as they arrive from the feed. We test the shelf constantly, but we cannot promise that any individual title will run on every device, browser or connection, or that a game will remain available forever — feed catalogues change, and listings here change with them.

You may link to any Respavox page, quote short extracts of our editorial text with credit, and share game pages freely.
