DMCA & Copyright
Respavox respects the people who make the games it lists. Nothing on this shelf is hosted or uploaded by us: titles arrive through the GameMonetize catalogue feed and are embedded from the provider's own servers. Even so, if your work appears here in a way you have not authorised, we want to fix that quickly.
A takedown notice that lets us act without a follow-up contains five things: (1) your full name and the capacity in which you are writing — owner, or agent for the owner; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you own; (3) the exact Respavox page address where the material appears; (4) your contact details, good enough for us to reply to; and (5) two short statements — that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate and you are entitled to act.
Send notices to the address on the contact page with the subject line beginning DMCA. Complete notices are acknowledged within two working days, and the listing in question is removed from Respavox or its embed disabled while the matter is reviewed, usually well inside a week.
Removing a game from Respavox removes it from this shelf only; the same title may exist elsewhere on the wider feed network, which is outside our reach. If you believe a removal was a mistake, a counter-note identifying yourself, the material and your basis for believing it was authorised will reopen the conversation.
Repeat or abusive use of this process — claims over material the sender plainly does not own — may be declined, and notices that arrive missing the essentials above may be returned for completion rather than actioned. None of that is intended to slow a genuine rightsholder down; write informally if you prefer, and we will help you shape the notice.
